I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program twice and used revo uninstaller to completely delete any files related to Cyberlink and PD, still doesn't fix the problem. I've checked all my network settings and given all the permissions in windows as well as my AV program and still nothing. If it can, you'll need to whitelist it and/or add it to the exceptions list, depending on the specific product involved. You can try disabling youv AV and firewall temporarily and see if that allows PD to access the remote content. I haven't had any recurring problems with this, and it's possible that there's an issue with your antivirus or firewall settings, or how you have Windows configured.
